HOW WE WORK
FORMAL ONSITE CONSULTATION
FORMAL ONSITE CONSULTATION FEE - $750.00 (maximum of 3 hours - excess of 3 hours is $350.00 per hour)
Formal Consultation
Formal Consultation is provided by lead designer.
DESIGN FEES
Interior Design
$25,000.00 minimum (may be more depending on scope, complexity, and scale of the project)
Construction Design
$37,750.00 minimum (may be more depending on scope, complexity, and scale of the project)
New Builds
$15.00 per sq. ft.
DESIGN PROCESS PART I
Pre-set design fee covers the following stages of the design process:
Design Phase I
Formal detailed meetings covering functionality, aesthetics, budget, time line, design objective, furniture and decor re-purposing and detailed measurements.
Design Phase II
Detailed SOW "Scope of Work" documentation to include installation and construction specifications and mood boards for approval and signature.
Design Phase III
Materials sourcing, sample gathering, renderings and design presentation proposals for approval.
DESIGN PROCESS PART II
DESIGN ELIGIBLE BILLABLE HOURS - $350.00 per hour
Design Phase IV
Procurement of approved furnishings, decor, fixtures, accessories, lighting, art, window and floor coverings. Solicitation and management of trade/contractor bids.
Design Phase V
Project management, construction management, scheduling, job-site management, job-site visits and project related communications.
Design Phase VI
Installation, staging, walk-thru and client approval and sign-off.
